Product feeds stuck in processing since latest update

Are you seeing any errors in your PHP log? Any chance you could try tweaking the number of products being processed via the settings?

Okay, not sure if that is the real issue though.

I have rolled back to Version 13.3.4 which has resolved the issue with all Product Feeds now completed processing and enabled. Therefore I don’t think it is necessarily a PHP/product number being processed that is causing the issue?

Hi @dwoott yes, it sounds like it was dropping out of the feed recreation process somehow. Like the cron job wasn’t being fired any longer after that point.

Can you see if there’s any PHP errors in your log that might give us a hint?

Hi @dwoott cheers, this gives me a good overview of your product feeds, appreciate the share.

Re the php error logs, you should be able to find this under WooCommerce->Status->Logs, then fatal errors. I’m hoping this might have it.

Otherwise, your host should be able to direct you to where your php error log is.

Hi @dwoott Could you please update to 13.3.5.3 which was just released and try regenerating your feeds it should be solved now.

HI @jkohlbach I updated to the latest release, but something is still not right. After regenerating the feeds, Google Merchant says file can not be found. Also in the Manage Feeds page, the feeds seem to be duplicated. I will rollback again, as I want the feeds to be available in Google and Facebook.

Hi @dwoott its possibly due to being migrated twice. It would have created additional feeds.

I would suggest double check the feed URLs in each of the platforms (Google Shopping, FB/insta, pinterest) and make sure they are on the new feeds (top ones that aren’t stuck).

Once done, can you hit the toggle button on the left on the dups? That will turn off the duplicates.

And once you’re satisfied that everything is working as expected, you can delete the duplicates.

I would suggest give it a few days to flow through into each of the ad platforms etc. Just to be sure.
