Product feed TXT directory writable

Hi chasemarketing,

The TXT category most likely doesn’t exists yet (and thus the check returns false). Have you tried creating a feed in TXT format already? When doing so the plugin will check if the TXT exists and if not it will create it.

Hi Eva, Thank you for the quick respons. I tried first to make a Google local shopping feed and the TXT feed but it wasn’t working. Then i saw on the overview that the return is false.

Could you be a bit more specific as to what was not working for your Google local inventory feed? You tried configuring it and concluded it didn’t work, where in the configuration process did it go wrong and did you got an error message or just an empty feed?

So i wanted to make a local google inventory feed. When trying i couldn’t save the feed.
-> make new feed
Settings:
– name
– local google inventory feed
– The Netherlands

And couldn’t save it.

So you already got stuck on the first page of the configuration? My guess is that you have chosen a “Project name” that is either too long or contains characters that are not allowed and because of that can’t save this page. Could you try a smaller and simpler project name to see if that solves the issue at hand?
