    Hi,

    I’ve added Product Feed Pro to my website, however the product feed has stopped processing at 3% (and has been at 3% for over 12 hours).

    The WordPress version is 5.7, and WP Cron is enabled.

    Please can I have help with what to do now?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed is stuck processing.

    When feeds get stuck this does, mostly, implies something is wrong with your WP-cron. Are you sure you did not disable it in your wp-config.php or are executing the cron hooks from an external unix cron? See: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

    Alternatively, when you are absolutely sure your cron is enabled please check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today. Can you share its content here? This is where you can find your fatal error logs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Hi @supportadtribes,

    Thank you for your reply and assistance with this.

    WP Cron is definitely enabled. Here is a preview: https://ibb.co/6sN0LNS, and I’m not executing cron hooks from another source.

    I’ve also removed any product variations from the feed, I’ve updated Product Feed Pro and deactivated and reactivated it.

    With regard to the error log that you requested, the latest log is from 2021/03/03, and nothing after that.

    The feed is still not processing anything.

    Hi,

    What does your plugin systems check show? It is this page:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/pwuwe81gunropyu/PluginSystemsCheck.png?dl=0

    Also, are you running a 3th party caching plugin? If so, can you flush/clear the caching of that plugin and your browser cache to see if the percentage goes up?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information.

    Here is a link to the systems check: https://ibb.co/z7MxZ1J.

    Yes, I’m using SG Optimizer, and I’ve cleared all caches, but the feed is still not processing anything.

    Then we are a bit stuck honestly. You checked everything that it could possibly be:

    • Cron is working;
    • Systems check is fine;
    • Nothing is in your fatal error logs so nothing seems broken in the plugin;
    • Nothing is being cached anymore.

    Did you already try disabling and re-enabling the plugin as that will reset the cron hooks needed for our plugin?

    Yes, I’ve just deactivated and reactivated Product Feed Pro now (this is the fourth time I’ve done this today), the processing percentage stops at 13%, and stays at that percentage for hours without going up.

    I still think it is related to your WP-cron.

    Can you send a screenshot of all cron “Hooks” that are currently active? I am especially interested in the ones that start with “woosea_*

    Hi @supportadtribes,

    I have added all the products to a feed by using another WordPress plugin.

    Thank you for your assistance with this, it is greatly appreciated.
