I am having the same problem. Manual refresh stuck at 0%.
I have the same problem, no one to help?
@horecahome @belgen @muagame ,
Can you please confirm that you have the latest version of Product Feed Pro? For reference, it’s 13.3.6. If it is try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
Refresh the feed and see if it’s fixed. If not try duplicating/creating a new feed and see if it’s still stuck.
I’m on the latest version, I tried duplicating/creating a new feed and it still gets stuck
I solved the issue. The problem was wp-cron.php related. My vps couldn’t resolve dns addresses properly and I disabled cloudflare dns, then the problem got resolved.
It is updated to the latest version, disabling the plugin didnt fix it, neither did duplicating it. I don’t use cloudflare or another DNS. Other feeds seem to be working fine, except this one.
see if the cron jobs are running properly.
@belgen cron is working. Even when taking over the cron using the plesk toolkit didn’t fix it.
Looks like no one knows what’s causing this issue?
I would like to add that making a new feed doesn’t work either.
Try restarting WP Cron(disable and re-enable). You can also reach out to your hosting provider to restart CRON.
Also, if you haven’t yet tried downgrading to the previous version: Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce by AdTribes – WooCommerce Product Feeds (advanced view) – WordPress plugin | www.remarpro.com
And do confirm that you’ve already done basic debugging and checked for any plugin/theme conflicts.
This error keeps appearing in Woocommerce system log

}@superlemon1998 There is no conflict, if it were no feeds would update. In my case some do and some don’t.
I keep getting the following errors.

}I have restarted the cron service already, and even set it up to run on plesk’s wp toolkit.
I’m marking the thread as resolved since I’ve moved to a different solution.
Thanks for your time everyone.
