So I have the feed not updating regardless of how it is set. Daily, hourly or No Refresh. When I click refresh feed, it starts at 0% then goes away.

I duplicated the feed and that duplicate now has added product but any attempt to update that new feed ends up the same, no refresh.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bigtrousers ,

The error log is an I/O warning so it’s likely trying to access a file. Did you perhaps delete something? If not, try re-installing our plugin and see if that works.

Also, regarding the feed not refreshing, try lowering the batch size: Batch size configuration product feed – AdTribes

If that don’t work reach out to your hosting provider to reset or restart WP Cron

So none of the answers worked.

How do I delete all data and start again.

I think that until you resolve the problem the ticket should not be marked resolved.

I have the exact same problem… I have the feed that freezes at zero and often conienti complain because it is not updated for weeks. Is there a way to solve it or force cron?
