Product feed not added USD suffix to end of price

I am having trouble creating a product feed for Reddit’s product catalog.
I am getting an error for pricing because it need to be in the format of “40 USD” but I have USD listed as the suffix for the product feed but it is still not working.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I checked your CSV feed and it indeed doesn’t have a currency (USD) in it.
Are you sure your feed properly updated after you added USD in the suffix field?

I checked and definitely has USD listed in the suffix column under price.

Thanks for sharing your debug.log URL. When I open it in my browser I get a 403 permission error page so it seems like the page might be protected by a security plugin you are running. Can you open it or grab the file from your server and share the content with us?
to be honest, I am not a developer so how do I grab the file from the server?
There are two ways to access the debug.log in the wp-content/uploads folder in your case:
- Figure out why and what is protecting that folder from being accessed via a browser. It is WordPress most important folder and is explicitly meant for putting files and images in so it really should be “open”;
- You can also access the above folder using FTP. When however you are not familiar using it it might be best if you ask a technical person, developer or even your hosting agency to grab the file for you.

Thanks for sharing the log. According to it your feed last updated on June 20th so when you added the USD suffix after that than it indeed isn’t in your feed.
It looks like you did not set a refresh interval of the feed?
