Product feed is showing as Default Title

When opening the above debug.log in a browser it is returning a 403 forbidden so we are not allowed to open the URL.

Hi,

Thanks for this. You mapped the product name field to the “mother title” attribute, which is not the default field mapping. I suggest you put back the default field mapping which is this one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ba62hw3lrkrkhhw/DefaultTitleMapping.png?dl=0

Well the plugin is getting the “Default Title” from somewhere so:

• Are you perhaps using another plugin or field to put in your product title’s on the product edit pages?
• Do the title’s on your product edit pages not just contain “default title”?
• Did you already update the feed?

Well the debug log you send a day ago shows this:

So the last time your feed updated is on May 18th (6 days ago). So changes are you are looking at an old, not updated, version of your feed.

Meaning what?

That your feed has not been updating for about a week so when, for example, those products did not have a title yet you those will show default title.

Did you perhaps disable your WP-cron in your wp-config.php?

Not that i know of how would i know that

Install a cron plugin and see if there is a message on top notifying you that your WP-cron is disabled. Also, when doing so, please check if all cron hooks needed to automatically update the feeds are present. They should start with woosea.

Yes, that is our plugin cron hook that takes care of the hourly check if feeds need to be updated or not.

Did you install the cron plugin I suggested and is there a red notification on top of the cron hook/events page with a warning about your WP-cron or not?
