Product Feed is not Updating

    Hi,
    So I’m using CTX feed with Merchant Center. Setting up the feed and getting the products to MC hasn’t been an issue.

    However now when I update product information such as the product titles the feed isn’t sensing these changes even if I clean caches and regenerate the feed.

    The site does NOT have any performance plugins such as WP-Rocket so the guide that’s already in place to deal with those doesn’t work.

    What should I do?

    Hi @johbal

    It only happens when you have cache plugins. Also, it could be server-side caching. So, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider also to check if there is any server-side caching.

    However, if you are still unable to find a solution, Please, reach us again with the System Status.
