  • Hi Marina,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I have checked your product feed and was able to find both of the products.

    and:

So it seems to be working fine to me?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Dear Eva,
it seems that I have the same issue again:
the google product feed just dropped dow in products yestarday. I did not change anything so I can not say where this comes from.

I hope you can help me out!
    Thanks!
    Marina

    Hi Marina,

Could this be caused by the exclude filters you created? You have 3 filters in place:

    • Exclude prices lower than 10
    • Exclude sale prices lower than 10
    • Exclude products that are not in stock

    Hi Eva,

no this can not be the reason because the filters were the same all the time and were not changed.
I can see in the debug file that the amount of items dropped significantely on april, 22 nd in the afternoon. Since then there are only 261 items, before there were over 2.000

I really do not kno where this comes from..do you have any idea?

Honestly I don’t know. I have checked your debug.log a couple of times and there is nothing else in your feed configuration that could explain such a drop other than the filters.

I would advise you to create a new test feed and do start testing with the filters so see if those really aren’t the cause here.
