Product fee showing despite Woocommerce free shipping limit exceeded

Hi!

I noticed that in my Woocommerce store the product that I have set up a product fee doesn’t go away when the order amount is over 100€ that is the limit for free shipping on my store.

For example:
Customer orders three products and they cost total of 105€. Now when one those three products is the one that I have added the product fee, the cart shows 105+3€ product fee so in total of 108€ and not the 105€ like it should.

Can you add an option for this into your awesome plugin?
