    Hello,

    we are using a car booking plugin. (https://codecanyon.net/item/chauffeur-booking-system-for-wordpress/21072773)
    This plugin’s order is handled in WooCommerce.
    Every booked order appear as a WC-order.
    We would like to use your plugin to give review to these rides (orders), but we get an error: “Error: the order does not contain any products for which review reminders are enabled in the settings.”
    Of course, originally these orders don’t contain real products added earlier in the shop, as it works in a basic shop page.

    Is there any way to let this work?

    Can you please clarify if this car booking plugin creates any WooCommerce products? It will be helpful, if you could provide a screenshot showing a WooCommerce order created by this plugin.

    Hello,

    if I know it good, no. After an order doesn’t appear it in products.
    But every ride is showed as an order and inside this order the “product” is called: “Chauffeur service (duration)” (the page is in hungarian so you see the translated text: “Transzfer szolgáltatás (id?tartam)” )

    Thanks for sharing screenshots.

    Can you please also provide a full screenshot of “Review Reminder” tab in the plugin’s settings?

    Thanks for providing screenshots.

    Our plugin checks that products/services should have some ID. If this booking plugin does not create products with IDs, then you will receive an error message as shown on one of your screenshots.
