Product Embed Feature Broken

Hi,

I’m using X theme along with the latest version of Woocommerce. Until recently, inserting a full Woocommerce url into a WordPress post resulted in a nice product embed as illustrated in the 4.4 announcement. Unfortunately, what’s appearing now is just a text link within a box.

I am told by X theme support that the problem is with WordPress and not X. I also have tested my plugins for incompatibility.

Could anyone suggest a fix for this?
