Product editor sidebar disappears while scrolling

If there are many lines of text in the description, the right sidebar floats while scrolling down. After that while scrolling up, the right sidebar disappears, but appears again while scrolling down.
With less text the sidebar stays put and doesn’t even float. Here I have only Woocommerce and Maintencance Mode plugins active, but this problem existed on my old page, too, without the Maintenance Mode being active.While floating: it uses style:
position: fixed;
top: auto;
bottom: 20px;When scrolling upwards:
position: absolute;
top: -1012.89px;

Temporarily switched my theme to Storefront
Disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce
Scrolled through my product editor page
Problem persists, but it did even when I was using my previous theme month ago.Problem has been there for many months, but I didn’t need to use the product editor page as much as now and it started to disturb me. Also I would have not written to Woocommerce plugin forum, if I would have not been sure, it’s related to this plugin. Without any plugins (also Woocommerce) WP is now only using blocks for editing and even when using only Classic Editor plugin on my site the Pages don’t have this problem.
When disabling, it doesn’t show up. Post SMTP causes this conflict.
Though I have found few lines in error log. Not sure, what caused them.
