It is possible to restrict the role to create and manage product (see here: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/woocommerce-users-only-edit-products/)

However, it is not possible to display only the products created by a specific user role. WooCommerce does not follow the standard WordPress approach for product listings, which prevents our plugin from implementing this restriction.
