Product downloads not uploading

  • I am having problems with uploading product downloads.

    The files are not getting uploaded when I update the product, and when I ftp them directly into the wp-content/uploads/wpsc/downloadables directory, they don’t show up when I try to add existing files.

    I’m using the latest version of both WordPress and WP ECommerce, so I don’t think it’s that.

    No help on this at all?

    I noticed someone mentioned a possible issue with themes. I’m using a StudioPress theme.

    Oh well, guess I’ll try WooCommerce.

    i have the same issue. anybody have any ideas?? HELP!
