I have a working web-store and sell digital goods that are sent as a download link from my website’s server after purchase. However the link does not work if the customer clicks on it in Gmail, but works if the link is copied and pasted into new Chrome tab.
Also everything works well with Mozilla, Safari and IE.
WooCommerce counts this as download however the customer did not get the file.

    Hi @alfaholic!

When clicking on the link, are you seeing any error messages? What page are you being redirected to and what is the URL of that page?

Furthermore, what does your “WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products” settings look like? Could you please send us a screenshot using the free Snipboard.io tool?

Finally, please add your status report, found under “WooCommerce > Status” page here so we can review your setup, thanks.

    Cheers!

    Howdy.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new thread.

    Cheers!
