Product disappear when adding a vendor

  • Hi,

    We are having troubles when adding a vendor to new products. The product is available, then we add a vendor, and when we refresh the shop, the product is not available anymore.

    Why can it be?

    Hi there,

    probab ly you have a conflict with a 3rd-party plugin because the “vendor” is simply a product taxonomy, so WordPress/WooCommerce manage it very well.
    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and test if the problem disappear. If yes, try to enable it again one by one to find the plugin that cause the issue.
