Product details missing from order

    Hi team,

    To my surprise, I received an order on the 24th of December which didn’t show any details of the product that the customer has ordered. Besides that, the order was also marked completed automatically. I have checked the payment gateway and I can see that I have received the payment for this order.
    Request you to please assist me for the same.

    Hi there,

    That is certainly unexpected behavior. Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

    Thank you. Have you seen this with only that one single order? Or have you had other cases of this issue? Are you able to reproduce the issue at all?

    In the New order notification email that you received, does it display the same way without the information?

    Please check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are any entries in the dropdown for fatal-errors on the date you received that order. If there are, please copy them and paste them here.

    Hi there!

    We have the same problem after updating to woocommerce 5. Order items are stored in the db but not showing anywhere in the order details (order page confirmation, emails, admin). Taxes and Totals are shown.

    We tried disabling all the plugins except wc and also installed the storefronte template, but nothing changed.

    We also deleted the wc plugin and re-installed it but the problem remains.

    No errors in the status logs.

    Can you please help?
