    Good morning.
    After the last update the product page detailes goes blank if it’s access through mobile devices, and even if in a browser like firefox it’s used the simulation feature.
    We’re using storefront updated to the last version and there’s no overriting of templates or files on the child theme. And it was working fine until updating.

    Could you give some advice?

  • Did you try to switch themes to make sure it is not themes related which i suspect it is?

    We hope that our previous reply helped get you going in the right direction! Just to clarify further on the previous answer – we strongly feel that issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/) Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. You can do this manually or by using a plugin to help.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.
