Product Descriptions Disappeared in Grouped Products

  • After updating Woocommerce, the descriptions on the front end for each product that has grouped products, including the sub-products, have disappeared. The descriptions still exist on the backend, but fail to show up publicly. The descriptions show up just fine on single products. I have tried deactivating every plugin and reinstalling WordPress and have had no success.

    Any idea what is causing this?

  • It’s the update, nothing to do with plugins or themes. If you take away the linked products, you’ll see the description shows again but when you add a product, it then shows the description from that page, which I imagine, if you set-up like me, you have nothing there.

    Anyway, I’m waiting to hear back from their support about it and I imagine they’ll have to make another update to fix it.
