    Hi, thank you in advance for the help. So I import products from my supplier and when I import them they have the suppliers’ descriptions. Well, I made custom descriptions for all of the products, and everything was fine, but now they display the suppliers’ descriptions again when I view them in the editor on my computer, but when I view them in the woocommerce app on my phone they display my custom descriptions aka the correct descriptions. When I view the products in “preview” they display my custom product descriptions, but in the editor on a computer, they display the default supplier descriptions. The only thing I did was move the products from published to pending because they were not meant to be published. I don’t see how this would have had any effect on the descriptions though.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes a product description page isn’t updating properly and it may be because something is stuck in the browser cache. Clearing the cache will force your browser to fetch all of the files again, so you will see the most recent version of the page.

    You can also try to figure out if there is a plugin or theme that is causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thank you so much for the reply and help first and foremost. I tried clearing the browser cache as well as the product cache, even trying a different web browser, all with no luck. However, I soon realized after going through the process of checking for conflicts like you recommended discovered it was a conflict with the woocommerce stripe gateway as I already had woocommerce payments active. thanks again for the help.
