Product description text format all products

    Hello!

    I am having an issue with my product description text:

    Some products have been uploaded with the text format set as “heading 3”, and some set as “paragraph”, meaning there is a discrepancy between different products’ text appearance.

    Is there a fast way to apply a change to all products (204 different ones) so that all product description text is “paragraph”?

  • Hi there,

    This is not possible as every product and the description is individual and unique. If you want to make the changes to the description of the products, you need to individually make changes by editing each product one by one.

    While the most robust way to edit formatting for product descriptions would be to do so by editing each product individually, I can suggest another technique.

    You could export products to a CSV file using the built-in Product CSV Importer/Exporter, make changes to the product descriptions, and re-import the CSV file to update all products with the new styling.
