product description not complete

    Hi,
    I am testing your plugin.
    Currently, I can add new products but when I try to see it on my store, I don’t see any “Buy button”, any size choosing dropdown, any color choice,…
    And the magnifier on the product picture gives a black screen.
    So, impossible to start a store like this.
    Can you help me ?

    Hi!

    It seems that your products get added as “simple” instead of “variable”. Please, try adding another product range with the “fast” option checked in Kite.ly Merch general settings. Adding new products doesn’t work with this setting turned off under WooCommerce 3 (this will be updated in the next version of our plugin, hopefully released in a week or two).

    If this doesn’t help, please write which plugins and versions are you running in your store. Same for the theme.
