Product description and google

  • Hi all,

    I just started to setup my store with wp-ecommerce, so far so good, so easy, so beautiful!! Before installing wp-ecommerce my site is structure such as each product has a post that talks a little about the product, has a picture, description, etc..

    Now that I installed wp ecommerce, I just finished adding the products then added the short code to the post. I was considering adding the same description in the post to the product description. Now I would have the description in post and the same description again in the product. Does anybody have an opinion if this would be considered a duplicate data and consequently upset the google GODS??? We are just starting out and I can’t afford any offering for the google temples and I can’t afford their wrath to come upon my cyber world.

    Can someone from wp ecommerce offer an opinion on this please??
