Product description

Hi

I am setting up our shopping basket and have an issue with product descriptions. Up until the point we are on our server the product description is correct – when we switch from our server to the payment portal server (in the case Worldpay) the product description chnages from the name of the product to Order No680 with Blsitering ~Woodfired overns (that’s us!). Worldpay says it’s nothing to do with them – I CANNOT find any setting in woocommerce where I can control this. For customer confidence it should always continue to tell them waht they are buying – not just a faceless order No.]

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
