Product data tab is not open by default

  • Hi,

    Not a big deal but if there was a way to save me this click every time would be great. Just need to change the default.

    It is open by default in our system but a client is having this issue however they had to click whenever they do add a new product.

    Will be a system issue or else?

    Hi @lsingh,

    You can fix it easily:

    – access the site database
    – go to the wp_usermeta table
    – filter all entries by user_id
    – delete the following line “closedpostboxes_product”
