• Hello,

    recently I added some cross sell products to another product. Now I want to remove all cross sell products, which doesn’t work. If I press “apply” and the backend reloads, the cross sell product is still there.

    Is there a bug?
    Can I remove the link to the cross sell product by using my FTP program?

    In theory it’s clear how to remove cross sells. But it doesn’t work.

    I’m not using a plugin for cross-sells. I was thinking about removing the linked cross-sells via FTP, but I don’t know where to find these data.

    Hello,

    I did a quick-solution: I changed to code, so the cross sells are not showing at all.

    The best promising suggestion I got, was to export the product data and delete the cross sells in Excel before importing the data again. But I haven’t tried it yet. Please let me know, if it works ??
