After updating WooCommerce to 5.1.0 and Database version 5.0.0 the Product Data block on the New Product editor or when editing an existing product does not show the drop down for the Product Type (Simple Product; Variable Product; Bookable Product; etc.). Also none of the other tabs other than General display (Inventory; Shipping; Linked Products; Attributes; etc). I can click on the tab but nothing displays in the main window. I’ve disabled all other plugins and made sure that my Theme was up to date. Has there been a change to where these options are configured? Or Has anyone run into this issue after updating to 5.1.0?

Hi @a16duvall,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

@abwaita! Thank you! I switched themes to the Storefront theme and the Product Data started working again. I switched back to my original theme and it is continuing to work! That’s a very weird issue. I had also tried restoring my site from a backup from before this issue started and the Product Data was still broken. Anyway, thanks for the help!
