Product Data- Attributes- No Custom product Attribute

  • Hi. I have installed a demo of sentient so I can play around and learn how to create my website, although since the update, not only my products are listed as really weird code (instead of size; it is showed as: PA_Size or PA_Colour??!!! I don’t know what to do.

    Also one the biggest thing that is missing is the custom product attribute tab, there is nothing there! (I saw the video and apparently there should be a size tab, but no, nothing is there for me.

    Can someone please help me. Thank you.

  • Is this only happened on frontend? or in the product editing doesn’t save attributes also?

    Hi. Thanks for your reply.

    Well I noticed it yesterday, and today when I was trying to pull out and see what is in the custom attribute tab (there is nothing there), so basically I cannot choose the size attribute and give it options such as small, medium, or large. On the other hand some of the products have custom listings, on the bottom of it, but as I said, on the actual website (tanem.us) you will see that the t-shirts that are listed have “PA_size or PA_Colour” which is odd, since it was not like this when I installed the theme earlier. Hope I can fix this problem.
