Hi all, I’v had a problem in my last woocommerce products upload

I have a website with Woocommerce and a paid theme, I’m still using Product im-ex plugin for a massive product upload. My theme works with a custom taxonomy (it’s a car site, with mark>model>year taxonomy hierarchy. So, when I uploaded my CSV (with this hierarchy) I noticed my uploaded products with their hierarchy broken (some products with model>mark>year, other with year>mark, other with model>year and other with only mark.

My own thinking is when the plugin is uploading products, writes their taxonomy hierachy, and then the other products still uploading can’t write the right hierarchy, when some products are asociated at the same taxonomy (in this case, same mark or same model)

Please, can you help me to solve this bug/problem/misconfiguration?

    Hi @luisgautoria,

This version of the plugin does not support importing custom taxonomy. You may have a look at the premium version of the plugin here which supports custom taxonomy import-export, scheduled import-export via FTP/URL and other extra features.

Oh, got it, but… Why it imports custom taxonomies for some products then? Only few products got fine, with right taxonomy, but not all products. Weird

    Hi @luisgautoria,

Could you please mention how you have set up the custom taxonomies. If you have created it using any third party plugin or any extra procedure please share it with us. Please reach us via support.
