Product currency is ignored in the end of the payment process.

Hi!
The base currency in my payment system is Russian ruble, the second currency is USD.
When I purchase a product which costs $1 and check my bank account, 1 ruble is debited instead of $1.
As I understand the Exchange Rate should be ignored in the case of my settings.
Is it possible that the users can pay by USD and the bank automatically converts the amounts to ruble without setting an Exchange Rate in the plugin settings?
