When I tried some more complex products (with variations), I still had the same problem.

I did this with the following steps:
1. I used CSV Importer to import a CSV file containing only English information to create a complex product with variations. Everything is OK.

2. Then I manually created and added Chinese product attributes on the product editing page.

3. Then I exported this product using?CSV Exporter?and re-imported it using?CSV Importer (At this time, I did not make any edits to the exported CSV file) , but I still found some errors.

As I understand, the original thread where this was reported, and troubleshooting is active, is still open.

Therefore, kindly continue the correspondence there – by adding what is shared in this thread to the original one, while also clarifying if the issue persists, after setting the encoding to UTF-8 BOM. The timeline between the two threads collided a bit.

I will go ahead with closing this thread now, as duplicate.

I have replicated the entire process from start to finish, even including downloading the latest WordPress installer from www.remarpro.com and installing only the Woocommerce plugin.

When I manually add products and perform export, the csv file is encoded as UTF8-BOM, then I re-import the file without making any changes, you can see that there are recognition errors.
