I read this guide but I can’t find what to write (Maps to product property) in the column “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN” where I will insert the EAN code of the products.
If I write Ean, the column is not automatically recognized when I try to import the csv file but I have to select manually from the drop-down menu.
    Thanks

If you export a product that has the GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN already set, then that should show the correct heading for the column!

I tried to put the name in the “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN” column which is the same name I have when I export but it is not found.

    Hi @ricsca2,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The column header you use in your CSV file must exactly match the meta key or property name used in WooCommerce to ensure it’s automatically recognized during import. For the “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN” field, try using the meta key meta:_wc_gtin as the column header.

If it still isn’t recognized automatically, selecting it manually from the drop-down menu during import is the correct approach. Once selected and imported, the data should map properly to the products.

Thank you. Let us know if you have any more questions.

    I don’t understand…
Looking at this guide I call the columns with the names I find on “Maps to product property” but for “GTIN, UPC, EAN o ISBN” I don’t find anything. So I rename the column with wc_gtin?

    Hi @ricsca2,

The name of your CSV column doesn’t have to be exact, as it can still be mapped correctly. However, the proper name for the column should be “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN.” Once you import the CSV, WooCommerce should automatically detect it. If not, you can manually map it by selecting it from the dropdown menu, as shown in the image below:

If I type “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN” the column is not found automatically.
Have you tried to do a test? Is it found automatically for you?

    Thanks

    Hi there!

To assist you better, could you please provide more details about how you are trying to find the GTIN column? I selected the column and typed ‘GTIN,’ and it appeared for me. Are you experiencing any issues while searching for it?

For better assistance, can you provide a video showing the issue on your end? For video, you may use?https://loom.com?

    Thank you
