We have two feeds now, one for Google Shopping and one for Facebook Shop, both have a CONDITION field in them which maps to one of the fields in the field listing called “Condition” however I have no idea where the value of this field is coming from?

I can’t see the field anywhere in the product edit page and whilst we have eBay integration for WooCommerce running and it has a CONDITION field, the value isn’t coming from here as I tested this before contacting you.

Can you confirm where this value comes from as it’s currently NEW for all products, however most of our products are refurbished, only a subset are new.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • When you leave the default condition field mapping in place that our plugin shows it will indeed put the condition on new as condition is a mandatory field for most marketing channels.

WooCommerce out-of-the-box doesn’t have a condition field/attribute so that’s why we put in this condition (on new). When this is not what you want you would have to create such an attribute yourselves (or use a plugin that does this for you) and fill in the different product conditions yourselves. That attribute you then map to Google’s g:condition field.

Understood, that makes more sense given that I couldn’t find that field anywhere!
