Product changes not synced with Google Merchant anymore

Hi, below is a log of what is happening. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry for getting the delay getting back to you!

My product edits and updates are not syncing with google merchant center anymore.

Are you saying that it’s working before and now it stops working?

Could you please confirm:

– What previous version number of the plugin when it was working
– What areas that you are editing, product description, price?

Please note that there was a report before about product description being too large and that caused an error, and it’s related with update_by_batch_requests.

So it’s important to know what areas that you do in regards to product edits and updates.

Yes it was working, my google feed was running and my product updates were syncing with google merchant center.

– What previous version number of the plugin when it was working
Previous version : 1.4.1

– What areas that you are editing, product description, price?
Price — This value should not be null [price] (This the message I am getting for price even though it is filled in on my website).

Image — This value should not be blank [image] (This the message I am getting for image even though it is filled in on my website).

Additionally when all other product updates are being saved in Woocommerce but they are not syncing with merchant center and product feed is no longer showing with google ads.

This plugin is 100% supported by volunteers. If this one or the volunteer support is not satisfying you then feel free to use a different plugin.
