Product Category/Migration

Can anybody help me please. The product categories have vanished off my website ive tried everything to put them back on. And the wp carts not compatible now so I’ve tried others and still no luck. And now I’ve migrated everything from the old jigoshop but the order section won’t migrate every time I try, it straight away goes to a no communication screen. Even though the products migrated the list is still empty :'(
