    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have encountered an issue: When I click on any of the fields, such as “Product Category” or “Shipping Class,” the corresponding values are not displayed. Instead, I receive the message “No results found.” Unfortunately, it does not work even when I enter the values manually. What could be the reason for this?
