Product category hierarchy not working correctly?

  • Hello!

    When we click on a product in Google Analytics and choose to see “Level 1” product category, we get the data as we expect. But when we click to see “Level 2”, we get the product name. We expect to get the level 2 category in the hierarchy.

    What has happened here?
