product categorization does not work

    Hi,

    I have a problem with product categorization … when clicking a category (i.e. SHOP >> Festive >> Birthday) nothing happened … products are not sorted, but URL has changed to correct permalink (https://kirigami.si/en/product-category/voscila/rojstnodnevne/).

    This is pretty disturbing.

    Could you advise why this is happening? In the previous version of Woocommerce (4.3.3.) on topextensions.si works flawlessly.

    Hi @mamutka,

    Looking at your site today I see the Birthday category present within your site’s menu. When you have added products on your site have you made sure you have only added the Birthday category to the ones which display in Birthdays?

    The reason I ask is that I created some test categories on my installation and couldn’t replicate what you described. Products added to the Birthday category only displayed in that category and not other products displayed within that category.

    When I look at this product on your site which is displaying in the Birthdays category I can see it’s added to the Birthday category as are others too.
