Product Categories receiving 404 Error

Hello all,

I am using version 2.1.9 of the plugin FWIW.

I am encountering issues with my product categories not loading the products for their category. Here is a screenshot after clicking on a link like example.com/shop/product-category/shoes: https://i.imgur.com/zP2huMt.png

What it should look like is the following when a product category type is clicked on, in this instance it’s ‘jackets’: https://dante.swiftideas.net/product-category/jackets/

Am I missing something? Do I need to set the product categories to any type of static page etc? I see in the screenshot and on my site where it says the page is set to the “blog timeline full-width’ template. Since the product-categories should open in the shop page settings, is there something I need to alter to get that working properly?
