Product Categories Page is Missing Products

Your theme version is v3.0.8 but the current version is at v3.5.0. That’s a lot of fixes. Updating your theme will fix the out-dated templates issue and much more. Take a backup before updating.

I have now updated the theme to the current version 3.5.0.

However I am still getting “invisible” products on the product categories pages.

Your plugin:
Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics Plugin for WooCommerce
has a javascript error and I think this error could be preventing another javascript from running which makes the products fade-in to view.

Easy test: deactivate this plugin and see if that fixes the issue?

That is exactly what is causing the issue, thank you!

After trying to find other ways to get enhanced ecommerce data to my google analytics account, this plugin seems to be the only one I can get to work (besides the product categories javascript conflict).

Is it possible for me to use this plugin without the javascript errors somehow?

Also, I’m curious for my future endeavors, what methods did you use to diagnose this problem?

I think the way forward for you would be to bring up the issue on the plugin support forum. Consider reactivating the plugin to show the error. The plugin author seems responsive to problems and he is best placed to update the plugin.

I used Chrome developer tools to find the error.

I actually posted on that forum shortly after you pointed out that it was that plugin causing the problem. I have not yet received an answer but I can try again.

That’s actually what I was trying to use to find the error, seems I have a lot to learn.
