Product Categories not showing up

Hi Tatvic,

I haven’t heard back from you. Also having a issue with the plugin not recording all of the orders.

Its recorded 7 however there has been 22 orders.

We did a quick check of your store and GA account and we found that there is no Enhanced Ecommerce enabled in GA. Request you to enable Enhanced ecommerce and your issue will be be solved ( Screenshot).

I have the same issue with the product categories not showing up in Google Analytics. Are you able to help me as well? The website is locklock(dot)nl

We did a quick check of your store and we would like to confirm if you have checked the “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” in our plugin settings page.

Also we would request you to share with us the view level access of your GA at [email protected], to look into your issue further.

And no I did not do that because we already had a UA tracking code. Doesn’t this generate two codes on our pages?
