Product categories not displayed correctly in menu settings

    Hi,

    When we try to add Product Categories to Appearance->Menus the hierarchy is not showing up for some product categories. In effect, we cannot figure out what children go with what parent because it’s not displaying the hierarchy.

    This is with Storefront and only Woocommerce enabled.

    Any help on this would be great.

  • Hello,

    You can disable all plugins except WooCommerce, then please go again to Appearance->Menus.

    If the issue is present after that, please switch the theme to Storefront.

    Is the issue still present at this point? If not, you can reactivate the theme/plugins gradually one at a time, until you find the culprit. More info to run a conflict test is below:

    To check better, May I ask for one piece of information? Can you share a copy of your site’s System Status, please? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?That will help to take a closer look at your site’s configuration before moving forward, thank you.
