    Suddenly all my product categories has disappeared. I can see them in backoffice and everything look fine there but as a customer you can’t reach them.

    The problem appeared recently and I haven’t done any major changes that I can think of.

    Any idea what could cause this and how to solve it?

    Thanks for writing back!

    There’s no need for the screenshot, I was able to confirm the behavior you mention. Clicking the categories under “Popul?ra kategorier” or clicking the breadcrumbs on the product pages will lead to blank pages.

    The URLs also seem to change from /skor/.../ to /blocks/.../.

    I suggest you perform a conflict test to find if your theme or a plugin is causing the issue: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    If you don’t have a staging site for troubleshooting, you can create one with WP Staging.

    It is tough to tell which plugin is conflicting – it could be any plugin. That is why the test needs done to catch the culprit.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here as shared with you above.

    If you’d prefer not to make any changes on your live site then you may want to do this test on a staging site as advised above.
