Product categories dissapeared

Temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to a default theme. If the problem resolves, put elements back one-by-one and check to try to identify which element is causing the problem.

Thanks for your replay, but I have tried that and it doesn’t work… the product category is still empty… Can I do something else?

Struggling to find something. Try:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > “Recount terms”

I think is fixed! I don’t really know what I did… but know the categories appeared when I press “name” on the top of the list… that works for me
