    I commented on an older post for this but it was closed so you may not see it. Categories are not working on my page, I even created my own custom cats on spreadshirt and they did not work either. I am using the divi theme, is there a conflict with divi and the plugin?

    Hi,

    that’s good you created a new topic, because otherwise it’s hard to see if there are new Support Threads or not ??

    Did you see the Spreadplugin “Settings Page” where you can see the product categories which are possible? If you’re unsure, go to your spreadshop and navigate to the category. In the address bar of your browser is something like ?q=XXX. The XXX is what you can add here [spreadplugin shop_productcategory="XXX"]. Click “Rebuild cache” after changing the shortcode.

    What shortcode and which category did you try?

    [spreadplugin shop_topic="XXX"] where XXX stands for your topic id in your Spreadshop. You can get the XXX from the URL, if you navigate in your Spreadshop to the desired topic/collection you created before in the Partner Area of Spreadshirt. If you look at the URL, you can see something like ?collection=XXX. In this case, the XXX is the desired category id.

    If you add the following shortcode to the page, where the contents and the shop should be displayed and click “Rebuild cache” it should show the contents of the topic/collection.
