Product catalogue site

  • Hello. I produced a product site in HTML: https://www.ciret.co.uk. I need advice on creating the same sort of site in WordPress to display product categories please. I want to include a side panel with a search filter to click on options for size, pile height, bristle type etc, similar to this site:
    https://www.trade1st.co.uk. However, I want to start with no shopping cart, but an quote request, then turn on a shopping cart function later (for users with a shopping account), like in woocommerce/catalog visibility options.

    Please advise on a good starting point, ie. which theme, ecommerce plugin, taxonomies search filter, social network integration, related products, brands, reviews, newsletter subscription, zoomed product image? There are so many options online, I want a good starting point please. Thanks

    Also, I would like a cms option to upload products easily, ie from a CSV file, or similar?. please comment on your experience and what works well.
