Product Catalog only showing one category (Woocommerce with Astra)

    I am trying to get my Product Catalogue to show the categories under each product.

    Example:
    My product “Book with CD” has the categories “Text” and “Audio”.
    In my main shop page/Product Catalogue I want this product to show both categories associated to it. As it is now it only shows one category (in this case “Audio” as A is before T in the alphabet).

    Is there a way to show all categories associated to each product? On the product page it already shows up, but not on the shop page/product catalogue.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    This is a screenshot?of a few products on my shop page/product catalogue. Leipzig Corpora has the category “Text” in addition to “Lecicon,” but it does not show up here.

    According to this, this issue has to do with Astra and not Woocommerce.

    Did you mean you would like to show all of the Product Category associated to each product underneath the product image?

    Well, if you take a look to the thread you shared above, this one, the plugin support said

    This issue is likely related to the way your theme displays product categories. By default, WooCommerce will only display one category per product on the shop page. However, it’s possible to modify this behavior with custom code.

    Since Astra theme doesn’t do anything to WooCommerce functionalities, that’s why it shows only one Product Category, which is the default WooCommerce behavior. And just like WooCommerce, we do not offer support anything that involves custom code.

    Anyway, let’s see if there one or more Astra users will share their insight here.

    Seems like I have to find someone to write a custom code to display all categories associated with each product. It’s just odd this isn’t available natively (as it’s already shown on the product page!). On the shop page it only shows one category, but on the product page, it shows all categories.

    I believe you will the same behavior on the default Storefront theme.
