I am having trouble getting my catalog to sync with Facebook for Woocommerce, and am about to quit & do it manually. I’m hoping someone can help in a last ditch attempt here. I have set up the pixel with facebook.

I think it has something to do with the Microdata, but this is where I start to reach the end of my knowhow… This is what I get with the Facebook Debugger.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I don’t know if the images came through. Facebook Microdata Debugger says:

A required field is missing: id

    Products?without?“id”?information?can’t?be?uploaded.?Please?check?that?this?field?is?included?for?each?product?in?a?separate,?labeled?column.

Products on your website can’t be automatically added to your catalog because of these issues.

Hey, Can you please share your Catalog ID and the ID of this product in your WooCommerce store ? I can have a quick look.

Thank you for any help ??

My Pixel ID is 498556315599053. I think the product id you are asking for is 3980.

Did you install the plugin ‘Facebook For WooCommerce’ and completed the onboarding ? I can see your catalog isn’t connected with your WooCommerce store yet. Please install the plugin and complete the onboarding. Here are the instructions.

I have installed the plugin, and am able to click sync products, and it seems to attempt a sync. I click over to connection, and click manage connection. This brings me to Meta Business Manager, where it says Woocommerce Integration is connected.

I do notice on the Meta side, when I click “Connect your shop – Finish setting up your shop so you can sell on Facebook” It attempts to load a page, and this page just stays blank.

I can see now that your products have been created and synced successfully.

For Shops, you may need to provide the quantity (or inventory) of the items. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the products in your WooCommerce store.
    2. Select the product you want to update.
    3. Navigate to the ‘Inventory’ tab.
    4. Check the checkbox next to ‘Stock management’.
    5. Provide the quantity of the item.
    6. Save the product.

By following these steps, you should be able to update the quantity of your products for Shops.

Thank you for the insights ??

I removed, and re-added the Pixel connection on the Meta side. IDK what this did, but the products came right over. Thank you again!

The plugin ‘Facebook For WooCommerce’ have API integration with Meta APIs to synchronise your products from WooCommerce store in real time.
I can see that your catalog syncing issue is now resolved. Closing this request now.
