Product can only be purchased by itself

I have a store that sells various digital products. I also sell a subscription that allows access to all of these products for a monthly price. I’d like to make it so that if someone adds the subscription to their cart, that it removes all other products from their cart to avoid accidental redundant purchases.
Is there a way to set a product so that it can only be purchased by itself, so that when it’s added to the cart it does what I want?
